Vaccine Injury of Michael Urbanek

Covid made life chaotic. My wife, who was an extremely fit personal trainer saw her whole career idled. Two of our children and one of our grandchildren had auto-immune issues. Everyone holed up in their houses and wouldn't engage, even with us. Life became unbearable and we are now divorced - after 20 years of a second marriage for both of us.

I had knee surgery at the age of 17 due to a football injury. It was a caritliage removal and repair of ligament damage. I was in a foot-to-upper thigh cast for 6 months, and that was extended another four months for adequate recovery. I gained considerable weight following the recovery and topped out at 220 lbs at the age of twenty, when I dieted and started a running regimen that lasted twenty-four years until my knees started to break down again, and I switched to spinning classes three times per week for the next 28 years, weighing between 168 and 172 lbs during that time. After undergoing TKR on both knees in 2014, I developed a visible PVC on my yearly EKG. It persisted without change until 1/22 (after 2 vaccines and a booster) when I started showing signs of AFIB, which had never been seen before. Still, there per obvious p-waves indicating it was NOT AFIB - but a very irregular heartbeat. After beginning a vigorous walking habit (with the approval of my cardiologist and pulmonologist) my resting EKGs look normal.

I have had TKR and RTSR surgeries on both shoulders and knees, as well as an Achilles tendon tear and repair followed by a hip replacement. Still I sought the care of a pulmonologist and cardiologist to examine my ability to regain my cardiovascular abilities. So far, so good. I am taking Losartan and Amlodipine for blood pressure and Eliquis to defeat stroke threats, which I hope we can drop over time - but it isn't likely due to the cardiologist's fear regarding possibility if stroke.
