What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

As Normal as it could be.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Weeks prior to 11/29. I had a constant tooth/jaw pain. 130am on 11/29/22 it woke me. I knew something was seriously wrong. Got in my car called 911. Told them I literally was dying.
Dispatcher stayed on phone with me. Hospital made me wait a bit and did an ekg. I was having a major heart attack. What they call a "Widowmaker", 12% chance of survival.
Was medivaced within minutes into emergency surgery.
I was 100% blocked in main artery and had two areas at 70%.
I also has 2 stents placed in and was in ICU for 5 days after.
Placed on so many medications now that alter my everyday life. I was 49. No high blood pressure nor high cholesterol.

None other than "Long Covid" or due to vaccines
