What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was a active 38 year old women, doing exercise, very active doing all my routine, without any smoking or alcohol habits.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

All my symptoms started one month later , with very cold feet , which i dint mind kept heat pads , and was doing massage, a month later got burning sensation in my head which was very new to me , went to gp they gave medication for sinus, two weeks later i got my leg, hands and tongue started numbing got scared went to emergency they did ct scan and lab and found nothing. And later severe headache started throbbing, burning and stiffness throat in head, eyes got blurred, ear got sensitive, acid reflux and now chest poking pain started.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Chiropractor helped me little bit with daily walking outside and nutrition diet but after I stopped chiropractor after a month later with intense walking all my symptoms started severely again and now going through same pain symptoms.
