This is the official survey of the University Hospital of Marburg, established by the Department of Cardiology, Angiology, and Internal Intensive Care Medicine.
This survey supports the national analysis of the interdisciplinary post COVID outpatient unit of the University Hospital. The data will be stored on university servers and used for research purposes only.
The following questionnaire was established to assess persisting symptoms having occurred in a direct chronological connection after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 or an infection with COVID-19.
The data will be published in a peer review journal, thereby making the dataset available for other researchers.
