What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Easier and I was more active with less stress worried about when I was going to have a breakout of hot rushing and swelling. I did not have to worry or be anxious about lesions opening on my face. I was frontline employee who was taking care of covid patients and working out regularly until the joint pain and sickness and swelling and all of this started to happen after the first vaccine.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
I got the vaccine and on 08/19/2021 I swelled all over in my joints. Golf ball size swelling happens in my wrists and elbows. This was with the first shot. I was told by the infectious disease Dr. to proceed with the second my body was just acting different. I then proceeded to have hot flashes, lesions appear on my face fatigue chest pain swelling temperature sensitivity. I then had high blood pressure kick in with in month of the shot. I took low dose BP meds for 2 almost 3 years and I am now off it. I got COVID after the shot in December at Christmas time 2021. I lost taste, smell and fevered weak fatigued in pain and could not get up for almost 10 days,
I suffered off and on every month with Histamine releases and chest pain along with the lesions appearing every 4 months on my face. I have been to rheumatologists and I am being seen at John’s Hopkins now in 2023 by dermatology and Immunology in January. I have had a lot of blood test and even 24 hour urine recently done to test for carcinoid.
I have temperature intolerance all the time chills red hives rashing from the neck/chest up to my face.
I have lesion appear on my nose and ears randomly.
The last bout they said I had cellulitis on my outer nose.
I am taking allergy meds 2 times a day and prescription inflammation meds,
I am at a point where it is happening so frequently I can not participate socially with my job correctly or feel comfortable in public if I have lesions on my face. I can not wear a mask due to the lesions.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
I need someone to actually diagnose the burning flashes and help to find a solution. I need culture and biopsies of my nose lesions when open.

Broad spectrum care with no knowledge of what the drs are doing and most of it is not helpful .
