What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I am asthmatic, but it was well controlled and has not stopped me from exercising regularly. I was working out 4x per week at the gym and doing tabata workouts every week. I was also doing dragon boat paddling 2x per week.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

After the first Pfizer jab in September 2021 I had severe fatigue for approximately 2 weeks. This seemed to start improving after the 2 weeks. After the second Pfizer jab I was ok for 2 days, then severe fatigue set in again to the point I was in bed or on the couch. The fatigue never went away and affected me to the point I was doing maybe 1 workout per week and felt absolutely trashed for 2 days following.

I had an occasion in February 2022 where I went to stand up from lying down on the couch and nearly fainted. I had to catch myself on the wall and lie back down. I felt really dizzy when I tried to stand, but ended up making it to my bed. I fell asleep for 2 hours. Prior to this episode I had multiple episodes of very high heart rate 130+ without doing anything strenuous.

I had a holter monitor test done which came back with SVT. Every time I eat my heart rate goes up to 100bpm or more.

March 24 2022 I ended up in the hospital for 6 days with haemoptysis, ground glass opacity in my left lung. I had 2 CT's, xrays, multiple blood tests, and multiple COVID tests. All blood tests came back 'normal' and all COVID tests were negative. I did not have pneumonia or any other infections and the doctors/specialists have so far been unable to explain any of what has happened.

I have been on prednisone for 6 weeks so far with another week to go. My asthma preventer has been changed, I've had a lung function test which showed obstruction, and I consistently get a burning sensation in my lungs.

My ability to exercise is still very limited. I have been able to do one easy workout every 3 days. The days following I am very fatigued just like before the hospital visit.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

The only thing I have done is high dose prednisone, and whether or not this has helped I cannot say.
